HSA PRIMECARE COMPLETES DEVELOPMENT OF 35,000 SF MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING IN DOWNERS GROVE, IL

John Wilson, president of HSA Commercial Real Estate’s PrimeCare and Corporate Services divisions, announced that HSA PrimeCare has completed development of a 35,000-square-foot medical office building at 6840 South Main Street, Downers Grove, Ill., and the facility has received its first tenants.
The 35,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical office building will house Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital’s outpatient services building, an immediate care center providing walk-in care, a diagnostic imaging lab, an outpatient laboratory, physical therapy and cardio diagnostics. The building was built on 2.15 acres of ground purchased by HSA in 2007. HSA also owns the neighboring existing medical office building at 6800 South Main Street, and plans an extensive upgrade to the building later this year. The entire complex is named Advocate Good Samaritan Outpatient Center.
The 6840 Main facility also offers physician office space on the second level. Roger Knigge, senior vice president, leased 3,841 square feet of space on the 2nd floor to Downers Grove Pediatrics, Ltd. He represented all parties in this transaction and is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
