REVIVA LOGISTICS TAKES REMAINING SPACE IN HSA-DEVELOPED 1203 BILTER ROAD, AURORA, ILL.

Tim Thompson, executive vice president and director of industrial brokerage at HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that Reviva Logistics has expanded their space at 1203 Bilter Road, Aurora, Ill., leasing the entire building. Reviva originally signed a 5-year lease for 231,880 square feet in March, 2008, but decided that the continued growth in their warehousing and distribution services merited them taking the remaining 62,860-square-feet.
Reviva is a distributor of OEM products and will use the Aurora warehouse as a distribution center for Hankook Tires, the world’s seventh largest tire manufacturer, headquartered in Seoul, Korea. They were represented by Mark Montana of CRESA Partners. HSA was represented by Charles Canale and Carter Andrus of Colliers Bennett Kahnweiler, the exclusive leasing agents for the new development.
1203 Bilter Road is a 294,740-square-foot, high-cube industrial facility and is part of Aurora Distribution Center Phase II, which also includes 1207 Bilter Road, a 125,000-square-foot facility. The entire complex was developed by HSA in 2007. The buildings have 30’ clear ceiling heights, multiple docks and drive-in doors, and are conveniently located just ¼ mile from a full interchange on I-88. Reviva will expand into their new space in August, which leaves just 12,638-square-feet available in the entire complex.
