HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE REPRESENTS OWNERSHIP IN 37,903 SF INDUSTRIAL LEASE RENEWAL

Doug Reed, senior vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate’s industrial brokerage division, represented IAC Green Oaks LLC in negotiating a 37,903-square-foot lease renewal with DHL at Green Oaks Business Center, 13950 W. Business Center Drive, Green Oaks, Ill.
DHL is a global market leader in the international express and logistics industry, operating in over 200 countries and territories. They were one of the original tenants in Phase II of the Green Oaks Business Center when it was developed by HSA in 1996. Jeanne Rogers of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented DHL.
Green Oaks Business Center is a 3-building, 462,039-square-foot industrial warehouse facility originally developed by HSA between 1995 and 1997. It is situated on 25 acres along Route 176 in the Village of Green Oaks. HSA sold the project to IAC in October, 2006. The complex is now currently 100% leased.
