Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented all parties in an industrial lease at 3903-27 South Halsted Street, Chicago, Ill.
MW Transportation Systems, Inc., leased the entire property, which contains a 15,950 square foot warehouse and a 2-story 7,220 square foot office building, all located on a 2 acre site. MW is a motor freight hauling company and relocated in an expansion from 1800 W. 43rd Street in Chicago. Knigge represented them, as well as ownership, 3M Building Partnership, a real estate investment group from Middletown, Cal.
