HSA COMMERCIAL SECURES DN PARTNERS FOR 37,940-SF SUBLEASE
Site slated for 127,400-square-foot multi-tenant spec industrial facility

David R, Wilson, executive vice president and managing director, Tenant Advisory Services (TAS), HSA Commercial Real Estate, and Ryan Foran, a vice president, represented Cremer Spina Shaughnessy Jansen & Siegert LLC in its sublease of 37,940 square feet of space to DN Partners on the 30th Floor of 180 N. LaSalle in downtown Chicago.
Crema Spina occupies the entire 33rd floor of 180 N. LaSalle and sought to sublease its satellite office space on the 30th floor. HSA Tenant Advisory Services secured the interest of DN Partners and closed the transactions within 90 days of receiving the assignment.
DN Partners, a private equity firm, relocated from 77 W. Wacker in downtown Chicago, MB Real Estate represented DN Partners in the transaction.
