HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE OPEN HOUSE SHOWCASES PHASE ONE OF PARK 94 AT MT. PLEASANT

More than 68 brokers and real estate professionals joined HSA Commercial Real Estate at the grand opening of Park 94 at Mt. Pleasant, a 90-acre business park along Interstate 94 in Southeast Wisconsin's Racine County, according to Craig Phillips, executive vice president for development at the Chicago-based firm.

The open house showcased the completion of two new industrial facilities totaling 565,200 square feet in Park 94 at Mt. Pleasant. The new buildings constitute Phase One of the new park, which is slated to offer up to seven warehouse and distribution facilities.

“The strong attendance at our event indicates a growing recognition that Mt. Pleasant is a proactive business community and, with Park 94, the community can accommodate a variety of users with different size requirements,” said David Bercu, SIOR, principal, Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler. Bercu, David Liebman and Brendan Green of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler are leasing representatives for the park.

The new facilities include a LEED Certified 323,610-square-foot divisible warehouse, expandable to 664,610 square feet, with 30' clear-height ceilings, 40 docks, four drive-in doors, and a 151-car, 80-trailer expandable parking area. Also complete is a 125,000-square-foot divisible facility with 30' clear-height ceilings, 21 docks, two drive-in doors, and 155-car parking.
