HSA COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES 96,461-SF INDUSTRIAL LEASE FOR ALUTIIQ LLC

Douglas D. Reed, Senior Vice President, Industrial Brokerage Services, HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented both the landlord and tenant in Alutiiq LLCʼs lease of a 96,461-square-foot space in International Airport Centerʼs 461,939-square-foot distribution facility located at
13820 Business Center Drive, Green Oaks, Ill.
Chesapeake, Va.-based Alutiiq LLC will utilize the Green Oaks location for logistics and storage services to provide furniture and equipment for the new Veterans Health Administration Medical Center at the Great Lakes Naval Station in North Chicago, Ill.
Alutiiq is a wholly owned subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)
that provides operations and maintenance/logistics services; construction services; security services and
training; and information technology services to the federal government.
