HSA COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES IN 17,245-SF RESTRUCTURING AND EXTENSION

Brad Black, Vice President, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago Inc. (NHS) in renegotiating and restructuring the organization's 17,245-square foot office headquarters lease at 1279 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. Black negotiated a new seven-year lease term allowing NHS to expand its operations and renovate its premises.
David Kirshenbaum of Joseph and Associates LLC represented ownership, Joseph Freed and Associates in the transaction.
NHS is a nonprofit housing services and advocacy organization established in 1975 to offer Chicago residents affordable options for buying, maintaining, and keeping their homes. NHS operates 10 other offices in Chicago neighborhoods.
