HSA COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS LEGAL SERVICES FIRM IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO SUBLEASE

Tim Thompson, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Industrial Brokerage, HSA Commercial Real Estate, and Paul Broderick, Associate, represented the seller in the sale of a 19,598-square-foot industrial facility at 801 Asbury, Buffalo Grove, IL., in Chicago's northwest suburbs.
The seller was Rasco LLC, a private investor partnership, John Hauser of Cushman and Wakefield represented the buyer, a private investor group, in the transaction.
