HSA COMMERCIAL SECURES TWO CHICAGO MEDICAL OFFICE LEASES
Roger Knigge represents ownership in Lemont and Downers Grove

Roger Knigge, Senior Vice President, HSA Commercial, announced the completion of a new medical office lease in Lemont and a lease renewal in Downers Grove in Chicago's southwest suburbs.
Lemont - Knigge represented 15900 W. 127th Street, Lemont, IL., in negotiations for the lease of 3,216 square feet of space to Lemont Medical SC. Lemont Medical is a physician practice offering internal medicine services. Knigge is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, a 38,882-square-foot medical office building developed by HSA PrimeCare. Good Samaritan Hospital's walk-in care center occupies a portion of the facility, which also houses complementary physician specialties including gastroenterology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and immunology.
Downers Grove - Knigge represented Greenbriar Medical Office Building at 6800 S. Main Street in negotiations for the lease renewal for 3,070 square feet of space to Taek Y Kim, MD, a medical practice specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. HSA PrimeCare acquire the three-story 37,780-square-foot facility in 2007. HSA PrimeCare also acquired a 2.5-acre adjacent land parcel, where the firm subsequently developed a two-story, 35,000-square-foot medical office buliding. The two properties comprise Advocate Good Samaritan-South Campus.
