Allison Shull
Experience
Ms. Shull assists HSA Commercial’s property management professionals in maintaining property operations, annual planning and forecasting, and tenant relations. In her role as one of HSA’s property management team, Allison is charged with handling numerous property management tasks including consulting with tenants, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance personnel, processing service requests, obtaining contractor proposals, and supervising the performance of service providers. Ms. Shull is also involved in the collection of rent and the processing of property accounts payable including preparation of purchase orders and service contracts.
Before joining HSA Commercial, Allison most recently worked as a Property Manager for the University Village Housing Company in Charleston, Ill.
