HSA Commercial, in partnership with Great Point Investors LLC, recently completed development of the Delany Commerce Center. The new 218,500-square-foot facility, just off Highway 41 on Delany Road, offers prospective tenants the rare opportunity to locate in modern, high-clear industrial space with access to Lake County’s strong labor force.
