Craig Phillips, executive vice president of development, of HSA Commercial Real Estate today announced that a national mail presort services firm has signed a 121,000-square-foot, long-term lease at 9053 N Deerwood Trail, Brown Deer, Wisconsin in the Brown Deer Business Park. The new tenant is scheduled to take occupancy March 1.

The 40-acre Brown Deer Business Park, which is located approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Milwaukee, is owned by a joint venture between HSA Commercial and Morgan Realty Partners. The 10-building industrial and office complex features quick access to I-43 and Route 45, on-site management, and convenient commutes to Mitchell Airport and downtown. Currently, the park can accommodate industrial tenants up to 34,000 square feet and corporate office tenants up to 60,000 square feet.

HSA Commercial is fast becoming a significant property owner in Wisconsin with over 2,500,000 square feet of industrial and office buildings plus over 200 acres of land for future development.
