HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Tim Thompson, SIOR, executive vice president and managing director, industrial brokerage, recently represented 10300 Argonne Woods Drive in Woodridge, Ill., in two tenant lease renewals totaling 35,271 square feet. The property is located in Maple Point Business Park in Chicago’s southwest suburbs.

Components Express Inc. renewed its lease of 23,838 square feet. Incorporated in 1992, the company is a global manufacturer and importer of custom cable products, network patch panels and electronic components for the medical, telecommunications and data communications industries.

ForTec Medical Inc. renewed its lease of 11, 433 square feet. The company supplies hospitals, surgical centers, and medical offices with mobile technology, laser fibers and service solutions and is one of the nation’s largest mobilization companies. It also provides comprehensive educational programs to train medical staff on ForTec Medical systems.

Maple Point Business Park is located between 103rd Street and Internationale Parkway, directly south of the 1-355 and I-55 interchanges. The 920-acre business park, developed by Bridge Development Partners, consists of more than 6.4 million square feet of space in two buildings. Current tenants include INO Therapeutics Inc., a pharmaceutical company; Nestle Waters, a global water-bottler and distributor; and Midwest Office Interiors, an office furniture supplier.
