Wayne Shulman, senior vice president at HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented Fullerton Engineering Consultants Inc. in the sublease of a 10,393-square-foot office space at 9600 W. Bryn Mawr Road in Rosemont, Ill., near O’Hare International Airport. The sublessor was Banco Popular.

Fullerton Engineering Consultants provides engineering services to the telecommunications sector. Its professionals have participated in designing more than 4,000 telecommunications sites in more than 25 states nationwide. Previously located at 9700 W. Higgins in Rosemont, the nearly 10-year-old firm was seeking to expand its square footage to support its growing Chicago operations. The company has a regional office in Kansas City, Kansas.

“Fullerton Engineering saw an attractive opportunity to secure a larger office space while maintaining cost-efficiency,” said Shulman. “We are seeing smaller companies improve their business facilities by subleasing space from other entities.”
