HSA Commercial Real Estate represented Motion Industries’ renewal and expansion consisting of 81,800 square feet of industrial warehouse space located at 10441 N Beaudin Blvd (Internationale Centre) in Woodridge, Illinois. Motion Industries was outgrowing its original space of 44,100 square feet and needed to expand to meet the needs of its clients. Motion Industries wanted to stay within the area they were currently serving its customers.

Solution

The industrial manufacturing building at International Centre had space coming available adjacent to Motion Industries and HSA was able to secure the space and provide Motion Industries with the additional square feet they were requiring. The building was constructed in 1990 and is situated minutes from the I-55 and I-355 interchange.
