13950 Business Center Drive

Douglas D. Reed, senior vice president of the Industrial Brokerage division, HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord, IAC Green Oaks LLC, in two industrial leases totaling 104,561 square feet at Green Oaks Business Center, a three-building business park in Green Oaks, Ill.

Advanced Packaging & Fulfillment Inc. leased 66,658 square feet at 13820 Business Center. The company provides packaging products, shipping services, and fulfillment services to area businesses. It is expanding in this relocation from its current facility in Gurnee, Ill.  Douglas Reed represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

Neptun Lighting Inc. leased 37,903 square feet at 13950 Business Center Drive. Neptun Lighting is a well-diversified manufacturer of energy conservation lighting products such as LED, induction and compact fluorescent bulb. The company is relocating its headquarters from Lake Bluff, Ill. Matt Jarosz of Eger & Associates Inc. represented Neptun Lighting in the lease transaction.

Green Oaks Business Center consists of three industrial warehouse facilities totaling 461,943 square feet. It is situated on 25 acres along Route 176 just east of Interstate 94. In the three facilities, 28,903 square feet of space is available for lease at 13820 Business Center Drive and 140,806 square feet is available for lease at 13825 Business Center Drive, while 13950 Business Center Drive is fully occupied.
