The Connect Industrial Midwest 2023 Conference recently took place in the Chicagoland area, featuring HSA Commercial CEO and Vice Chairman Bob Smietana as a panelist for the event.

Speaking on the first panel, “View from the Top,” Smietana and other panelists and keynote speakers in the industrial sector of commercial real estate discussed the top issues affecting the industry. These include the factors driving demand and if they will continue at the same pace, high growth areas, and development of properties that find themselves tackling increased construction costs and the state of their financing options.
