Suzy Cobin, senior vice president with HSA PrimeCare, has been selected as a speaker at the upcoming Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Conference in Atlanta. Suzy will participate in a panel discussion about physician practice economics and its evolution as a result of federal cuts in healthcare. Ms. Cobin will be joined by distinguished subject matter experts from Granger Medical Clinic, American Healthcare Investors, and ProMed Properties.

Ms. Cobin, who joined the PrimeCare team earlier this year, is a veteran healthcare consultant. She is responsible for creating and expanding HSA’s business relationships with hospital systems and physician practice groups to provide real estate advisory services and real estate capital solutions.

According to BOMA, the following topics will be addressed during the panel discussion at the upcoming conference:

• How are physicians evaluating own versus lease decisions?
• How will changes in lease accounting rules affect practice economics?
• How do these dynamics affect decisions about owning real estate?
• How do hospital/physician relationships affect MOB tenancy?
