HSA Commercial Real Estate recently completed development of the second phase of Park 355–a 180,480-square-foot warehouse building near the junction of I-355 and I-55. The building, located at 2143 Internationale Parkway, is a joint-development between HSA Commercial and Denver-based Industrial Income Trust, a non-traded real estate investment trust that acquires and operates high-quality distribution warehouses and other industrial properties.

The new facility features 30 foot clear heights, 49 truck docks, 4 drive-in doors, great views from south end suites, and a very prominent presence on I-355. Industrial tenants large and small can also enjoy great local retail and restaurant amenities such as The Bolingbrook Promenade just a short drive away.

Though anyone who has driven down I-355 in the past couple months has likely seen Park 355 Phase II towering over the interstate, those who haven’t can enjoy a sneak peek at the project through the video above.
