With 12.8 million square feet owned and 13.4 million square feet under management across the Midwest, HSA was listed among the top investors and property managers in the publication’s annual rankings.

The firm’s portfolio continues to grow with sizeable new developments including: Gateway V, a 262,000-square-foot warehouse building in Plainfield, Ind.; Heartland Corporate Center, a 757,880-square-foot distribution center in Shorewood, Ill.; OakView Business Park, a 132,000-square-foot spec industrial building in Oak Creek, Wis.; and the Silver Cross Medical Office Pavilion, a 40,000-square-foot healthcare center on the Silver Cross campus in New Lenox, Ill.
