In the September 2021 edition of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Magazine (RE Forum), the publication recognized HSA Commercial in its national list of influencers for Industrial Real Estate. The article acknowledged the firm as a trailblazer in the market, with a portfolio of 16 million square feet and a construction pipeline of five million more square feet on 400 acres of developable land.

The article also acknowledged some of HSA’s industrial highlights, including:

• The development of Park 94 in 2009, the first class-A multi-use business park at the Illinois-Wisconsin border between Chicago and Milwaukee.
• One of the largest Chicagoland industrial leases of the year last summer with Kenco Logistics Services for 381,874 square feet at Heartland Corporate Center in Shorewood, Ill.
• Signing of a full-building 472,176-square-foot lease with Visual Pak Co. at Bristol Highlands Commerce Center in Wisconsin this spring.
