HSA PrimeCare is pleased to announce the promotion of team member, Olivia R. Wirth to Director of Marketing & Senior Associate of Leasing/Development. Olivia has been an integral part of the HSA PrimeCare team throughout her five years with the company and has demonstrated remarkable work ethic, attention to detail, and passion that has awarded her the opportunity to advance within the company.

Olivia provides leasing and other services for the division’s top health care provider clients. She is responsible for leasing space within HSA PrimeCare’s portfolio of health care properties, and also provides tenant representation services to medical, office, and retail users throughout the Chicagoland area. In addition to her brokerage work, Olivia’s responsibilities as Director of Marketing include managing the division’s marketing initiatives as well as overseeing public relations efforts relevant to both brand and product marketing.

Olivia is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois, a CCIM candidate member, and the Communications committee co-chair for CREW Chicago.
