Experience
Klein has developed an expertise in real estate tax accounting over his career which includes extensive experience in tax planning, compliance, and IRC 1031 exchanges.
Previously, Klein served as a Partner and Managing Director in the National Real Estate Group at McGladrey where he was responsible for management of tax engagements, tax planning and research projects, and compliance review for partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns. His clients included real estate developers and managers, opportunity funds, and high net worth individuals.

Klein is a member of REIA, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Registered CPA in the State of Illinois.
