HSA Commercial is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on the following new developments:

• Bristol Highlands Commerce Center West – 104th Street and 136th Avenue, Bristol, Wis.: Located near the existing Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East, the new 1.3 million square foot warehouse park will sit on 82 acres with access to Interstate 94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. Construction of Building 1, which will be 550,000 square feet, is set to be completed in second quarter 2023.

• Highland Commerce Center of Somers – Burlington Road and Interstate 94, Somers, Wis.: Located directly off Interstate 94, the new 914,000-square-foot distribution center will have a clear height of 40 feet and is expected to be complete in second-quarter 2023.
